The purpose of these conditions is to inform our customers about the conditions and terms of booking and cancellation, as well as the responsibilities. Rates

The prices indicated are prices in euros including VAT per room and per night for the date chosen.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the prices indicated.

Breakfast is not included in the non-refundable rate.

Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for reservations Non-contractual conditions, prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

Book

All reservations are subject to written confirmation made to the customer by email or post.
To guarantee the reservation, a credit card number and its validity are required.

In the case of a reservation with the non-refundable rate or promotional offers, the entire amount of the stay is requested upon reservation.

Duration of stay

The customer may not in any case claim any right to maintain the premises, beyond the reservation made.

Cancellation of reservation by the customer

Any partial or total cancellation must be requested directly from La Belle Vie either by email or by post.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE:
In case of cancellation, no refund will be possible

FLEXIBLE RATE

• If the cancellation occurs up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no payment is required.

& nbsp; • If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or, in case of no show or if the customer leaves La Belle Vie the same day of his arrival, The total amount of the stay is requested.

Cancellation by La Belle Vie

In the event of cancellation by the owners of La Belle Vie, they will reimburse customers for all amounts collected without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered.

The customer certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his liability.

Availability of rooms

The rooms are available from 4 p.m. Notify in case of late arrival, after 8 p.m.

Room release

The rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. They will be checked before the customer leaves.

Change of room

Without the client being able to claim any compensation, La Belle Vie reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the client for an equivalent or superior room. In such a case, the price of the room initially reserved is unchanged.

Breakfast hours

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace from 8:30 am to 10:30 am

Pets

Unless expressly agreed upon booking, pets are not accepted at La Belle Vie. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept animals and its owners by La Belle Vie cannot be assimilated to a modification or breach of the contract on the initiative of the owners, so that in case of departure no refund can be considered.

Respect for places

The kitchens, the parts not shown to the customers or the private parts are not left to the free disposal of the customers.

Our customers are asked to respect the inventory and in particular the rooms . Catering in the rooms is prohibited as well as on the terraces.

All places are strictly non-smoking except the exteriors.

& nbsp; Only people staying at La Belle Vie are allowed to enter the premises, use the common areas and use the swimming pools.

Art of living

Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its customers. The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and to assume financial responsibility for any possible deterioration for which they could be responsible.
