Terms of Sales

 General conditions of sale

The purpose of these conditions is to inform our customers of the conditions and procedures for booking and cancellation, as well as responsibilities. These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are acquired upon payment of the deposit. 

Rates

The prices indicated are rates in euros, VAT included, per room and per night for the chosen date.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the prices indicated.

Breakfast is not included in the non-refundable rate.

Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for reservations later.

The non-contractual conditions, prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

Reservation

Any reservation is subject to a written confirmation made to the customer by email or by post.
To guarantee the reservation, you are asked to provide a credit card number and its validity.

In the case of a reservation with the non-refundable rate or promotional offers, the full amount of the stay is requested upon reservation.

Duration of stay

The customer may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises, beyond the reservation made.

Reservation cancellation by the customer

Any partial or total cancellation must be requested directly from La Belle Vie either by email or by post.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
In the event of cancellation, no refund will be possible.
Given the current health context, this rate is not offered.

FLEXIBLE RATE

Given the current health context, the cancellation conditions are as follows

• If the cancellation occurs up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no payment is required.

 • If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date of arrival, or, in the event of a no-show or if the client leaves La Belle Vie on the same day of arrival or during his stay, the total amount of the stay is requested.

Cancellation by La Belle Vie

In the event of cancellation by the owners of La Belle Vie, they will reimburse customers for all sums collected without prejudice to claims for compensation for any damage suffered.

Insurance

The customer certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his liability.

Availability of rooms

Rooms are available from 4 p.m. Notify in case of late arrival, after 8 p.m.

Room release

Rooms must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. They will be checked before the customer leaves.

Change of room

Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, La Belle Vie reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for an equivalent or superior room. In such a case, the rate of the room initially reserved is unchanged.

Breakfast hours

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Pets

Unless expressly agreed when booking, pets are not accepted at La Belle Vie. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the refusal to accept the animals and their owners by La Belle Vie cannot be assimilated to a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owners, so that in case of departure no refund can be considered.

Respect for places

The kitchens, the parts not presented to the customers or the private parts are not left at the free disposal of the customers.

Our customers are asked to respect the inventory of fixtures and in particular of the rooms . Catering in the rooms is prohibited as well as on the terraces.

All places are strictly non-smoking except outside.

 Only people staying at La Belle Vie are authorized to enter the premises, use the common areas and use the swimming pools.

Art of living

Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its customers. The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and to assume financially any possible degradation for which he could be responsible.
