These conditions are intended to inform our customers about the terms and conditions of booking and cancellation, as well as responsibilities. These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are acquired upon payment of the deposit. & Nbsp;

Rates

The prices indicated are prices in euros VAT included per room per night, breakfasts included and for the chosen date.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the indicated rates.
Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for future bookings.
The conditions, prices and non-contractual offers are subject to change without notice.

Book

All reservations are the subject of a written confirmation made to the customer by email or by post and the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, deductible from the total bill on the day of departure. The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Length of stay

The customer can not in any case claim any right to the maintenance in the places, beyond the reservation made.

Customer canceling the reservation

Any partial or total cancellation must be requested directly from La Belle Vie either by email or by post.

• If the cancellation occurs & nbsp; up to 30 days & nbsp; before the arrival date, the amount paid during the booking will be refunded.

• If the cancellation occurs & nbsp; up to 15 days & nbsp; before the arrival date, the 30% deposit is retained.

& nbsp; • If the cancellation occurs & nbsp; less than 15 days & nbsp; before the arrival date, or, in case of no show or if the customer leaves La Belle Vie the same day of his / her arrival, The total amount of the stay is requested.

Cancellation by La Belle Vie

In the event of cancellation by the owners of La Belle Vie, the latter will reimburse the clients for all the sums collected without prejudging any claims for compensation for any damage sustained.

insurance

The customer certifies to be covered by a liability insurance covering his responsibility.

Availability of rooms

The rooms are available from 16 hours. Notify in case of late arrival, after 20 hours.

Room release

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00. They will be checked before the client leaves.

Change of room

Without the client being able to claim any compensation, La Belle Vie reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by an equivalent or superior room. In this case, the room rate initially reserved is unchanged.

Breakfast hours

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace from 8.30 am to 10.30 am

Pets

Unless expressly agreed upon booking, pets are not accepted at La Belle Vie. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the refusal to accept the animals and its owners by La Belle Vie can not be assimilated to a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owners, so that in case of departure no refund can be considered.

Respect for places

Kitchens, parts not shown to customers or private parties are not left to the customers' disposal.
It is asked to our customers to respect the inventory of fixtures and especially the rooms. The restoration in the rooms is forbidden as well as on the terraces.
All places are strictly non-smoking except for exteriors.

& nbsp; Only people staying at La Belle Vie are allowed to enter the premises, use the common places and use the pools.

Art of living

The respect of a certain lifestyle is asked to all guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. The customer agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and to assume financially any possible degradation of which it could be responsible.
