Since the end of April 2025, Joana and Denis have been welcoming you to La Belle Vie.
They met in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, at the Hôtel-Restaurant Le Prieuré. After completing her apprenticeship in Grignan, Joana headed to Montreal, accompanied by Denis. He worked at the Ritz Carlton, alongside Daniel Boulaud. It was there that they had their first daughter.
Joana and Denis returned to France and went to Sète for a challenge. He became a Michelin-starred chef in 2021; she was restaurant manager in the Halles de Sète. It was there that they had their second child.
In 2025, they embarked on this family project. They live on-site and are dedicated to providing their guests and their team with the closeness and warmth they cherish so much. They welcome you year-round to their 4-star hotel near the Pont du Gard.

You can check into your room or lodge between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and must vacate it by 11 a.m.. In each of them, you have the option of adding a baby cot free of charge.
We accept dogs for a supplement of €15 per day (under certain conditions)

From Thursday to Monday, lunch and dinner, we welcome you to our Michelin-starred restaurant. From 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, you can dine on the terrace, in the shade of the beautiful jasmine, or in the dining room, whose décor blends modernity and tradition.
Our menu features seasonal cuisine, with carefully selected ingredients. Make your choice and enjoy the flavors and aromas of these Mediterranean dishes.
