Since the end of April 2025, Joana and Denis have been welcoming you to La Belle Vie.
They met in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, at the Hôtel-Restaurant Le Prieuré. After completing her apprenticeship in Grignan, Joana headed to Montreal, accompanied by Denis. He worked at the Ritz Carlton, alongside Daniel Boulaud. It was there that they had their first daughter.
Joana and Denis returned to France and went to Sète for a challenge. He became a Michelin-starred chef in 2021; she was restaurant manager in the Halles de Sète. It was there that they had their second child.
In 2025, they embarked on this family project. They live on-site and are dedicated to providing their guests and their team with the closeness and warmth they cherish so much. They welcome you year-round to their charming hotel near the Pont du Gard.
